Meta Q1 2022 earnings hurt by Ukraine war, ad woes, and Metaverse spending

Meta continued to lose billions on reduced ad revenue and VR/AR investments. During an earnings call, Mark Zuckerberg admitted Meta will have to "slow the pace of some of our investments" in the face of these losses.
