OnePlus 3/3T Mod Lets You Add a Custom Background to the Quick Settings Panel

We’re seeing these background images for the Quick Settings panel become popular lately, and XDA Senior Member ungeeked just released a mod that does this for the OnePlus 3 and OnePlus 3T. It is based on the VRTheme engine and is made to work on OxygenOS 4.1.0.
